What should my quotation include?

Confirm artwork size, quantity, medium, delivery format and any frame, sample, packing and shipping charges. Ask which costs are included and which remain separate, including local stretching or installation and any destination charges.

Is a quote request an order?

No. Your references and configuration start a review. The artwork specification, price, approval route, payment and delivery terms must be agreed separately before an order is confirmed.
