Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, destination, project details, artwork selections and uploaded reference files. Only submit files that you are authorized to share.
How the information is used
XM uses inquiry information to review your brief, prepare a response or quotation, coordinate samples and production, communicate about the project and maintain the related commercial record. XM does not claim to sell personal information.
Third-party services
The inquiry form is transmitted through FormSubmit. WhatsApp links open a service operated by Meta. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not use these channels for information that is not needed for the project.
Files and retention
Project files may be retained while an inquiry or order is active and for a reasonable period afterward for quotation, repeat-order, quality and business-record purposes. You may request deletion where retention is not required for an active transaction or legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask what contact information you previously submitted, request a correction or request deletion by emailing july@xmartistryhub.com. XM may need enough information to identify the relevant inquiry.
