How do I confirm the making method?
The collection focuses on artist-painted work. Oil, acrylic and textured material routes depend on the selected design and are confirmed in the quotation. Ask for the making method and order-specific evidence to assess the actual surface.
Can a hand-painted reference be customized?
Size, palette, composition emphasis and texture direction can usually be discussed. The approved specification defines the acceptable artistic range.
How do you control a multi-piece hand-painted order?
An approved master defines palette, composition range, material build and tolerance. Natural artist variation remains visible within that agreement.
How are artworks protected for export?
Protection, carton or tube, optional crate, labeling and shipping configuration are confirmed against size, finish and destination.
What should my quotation include?
Confirm artwork size, quantity, medium, delivery format and any frame, sample, packing and shipping charges. Ask which costs are included and which remain separate, including local stretching or installation and any destination charges.
Can you plan around an opening or gift date?
Give XM the required arrival date and destination before confirming the order. The proposed schedule must allow for approval, any agreed revisions, production, drying, finishing and transport. Timing is confirmed for the actual brief.
What if the artwork needs a change or arrives damaged?
Agree review stages, revision scope, cancellation and remedy terms in the quotation or order document. If a shipment arrives damaged, retain the packaging and record the artwork, labels and affected areas, then contact XM with your order reference for review under the agreed terms.
